Contingency exam days for Summer 2024
In the event of national or significant local disruption to exams, the contingency days for Summer 2024 are as follows
Thursday 6 June 2024 (PM)
Thursday 13 June 2024 (PM)
The standard contingency day remains at the end of the timetable being scheduled on Wednesday 26 June 2024 (ALL DAY).
Candidates are encouraged to remain available until Wednesday 26th June 2024 should examinations need to be rescheduled.

An animated video detailing the instructions that students should be aware of ahead of an examination series taking place during the 2023/2024 academic year. This video highlights the rules which apply before, during and after an examination as detailed in JCQ’s Instructions for conducting examinations (Appendix 5 – see note below). By viewing this animation, students will be supported in ensuring that they are fully prepared for every examination. Please note: This video does not cover sections B1, B2, B3 and E1 of Appendix 5 (Information for candidates for written examinations – effective from 1 September 2023) of JCQ’s Instructions for conducting examinations.
