Science Week 2022

Published Friday 18 March 2022

This week was SCIENCE WEEK!

We have had so much fun - building, designing, escaping and creating. This week we have constructed bridges and towers to be the strongest and tallest. Got out of our Science escape room, solving clues and challenges along the way. We have created beautiful posters to enter into the national competition, quizzed on all things Science. Then, to top it off, we carried out an experiment to see which washing powder is the best at removing stains, taking into consideration a sustainable washing choice. What a week of fun!

We hope years 7 and 8 have had the best time (because the Science Department certainly has)!

Please give any poster entries to Miss Kelsey before Friday 25th March so that we can choose some school winners and send the best 5 away to be entered into the national competition.

Happy Science Week,

Miss Kelsey and the Science Department
